  1. Download and install the latest Ugee 1910B driver directly from the manufacturer's website. Connect it to your device. Perform PEN calibration. Please refer to your device manual for instructions or call Ugee tech support for further assistance. Check if the issue persists.
  2. I am aware of that download page, but I am worried that there might be a bug in it. When I had Windows and I downloaded from that page, my computer got worse. I was on a case with a Ugee staff member for a while and we couldn't resolve the problem.

Since the issue occured after installing a Windows update, there is a possibility that this is due to an outdated device driver or a software glitch. To isolate the issue, kindly perform the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the current Ugee 1910B driver.
  2. Disconnect your device from your computer.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Download and install the latest Ugee 1910B driver directly from the manufacturer's website.
  5. Connect it to your device.
  6. Perform PEN calibration. Please refer to your device manual for instructions or call Ugee tech support for further assistance.
  7. Check if the issue persists.

If you've already tried these steps, our next would be uninstalling the update that caused the issue. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View installed update history > Uninstall updates. Click the most recent update that caused the issued then click Uninstall. Don't forget to restart your PC after this process.

7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).
8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
